Recently, I have been working on a solution1 to provide integrated docker-based installation solution for Mailman3. I did send an email to this list, but it got held-up in moderation for some reason and didn't go through as I thought.
It is still a work in progress, but it does actually work. I need to sort out and work on configurations that would make it work best in all the environments without any expectations.
You can track the progress or provide feedback if you try it out on the github repo here2.
