Is there a way to stop the who request to get membership list? i.e.: if we send an email to {list}-request@... with *who {password} *on the subject line, it will send the membership list to the member, I want that option to be disabled for privacy reasons.

Is this Mailman 3 or Mailman 2.1? Note that this list is for Mailman 3
issues/questions and who {password} is only applicable to Mailman 2.
Please join mailman-users@python.org <https://mail.python.org/mailman3/lists/mailman-users.python.org/> and post there for Mailman 2 issues/questions.
Anyway, for either, the answer is to set the roster visibility to admins only.
