Non resolved placeholders in action message
Hi,
after adding a new moderator to a list I get the following message in a green box:
%(email)s has been added with the role %(role)s
Looks like the placeholders are not resolved (correctly).
Should I report this somewhere as a bug?

This is <https://gitlab.com/mailman/postorius/issues/327> fixed by <https://gitlab.com/mailman/postorius/merge_requests/377>.
This fix didn't quite make it into Postorius 1.2.4.
