Removing users account

Hi everybody, is there a method that allows the list administrator to delete a user account?
I run this version: Mailman Core Version 3.2.1 Mailman Core API Version 3.0 Mailman Core Python Version 3.7.3 Postorius 1.2.4 HyperKitty version 1.2.2

No. The account belongs to the user, not the list and could be associated with more than one list.
