Good morning,
I have to understand something more about disabled users.
I renabled some users, but they continue to non teceive the newsletter.
Is there a more detailed log that I can analize to discover dis problem?
Thank you

Not really. The users's mail servers are rejecting your list's emails. That's why they were disabled in the first place.
You may find something in your own mail server logs, but most likely they need to talk to their email providers. Perhaps they can add the address of your list to an allow list (also called "whitelist").

Definitely, your /var/log/maillog contains communications between your mail server and the subscriber's mail server.

Hello,
Thank you for your answers.
Where I find the reason of the bounce?
The server seems to send the email correctly but then in the bounce.log I see that the bounce score for some addresses is incremented.
I think that the problem is the provider that receives the mail but I would like to know which error is returned.
Thank you best regards

Your maillog for the day the last post to the list was sent should have something about the error that was returned.

If you set the list's bounce options to notify the owner on disable and if available, to notify on increment the owner should receive notification with the bounce DSN attached.
