Installing Mailman for the first time
I am running Debian 11 Server and wanting to install Mailman 3
Will this work for what I am trying to do?
https://wiki.list.org/DOC/Howto_Install_Mailman3_On_Debian10
If not is there a shorter list of steps to accomplish what I am trying to do?

Yes, but <https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html> is our current recommendation.

The above may not be shorter. There are a lot of steps no matter how you do it.

I am not so sure what I am doing.
Is there someone who does this for a fee?

In Tom Kisner's article: "Installing Mailman3 on Debian 11" he uses "Mailman 3 Setup Using Ubuntu Bionic" by Kelly Close. He notes a couple of differences to take heed of.
The instructions worked first time around for me (ie. Mailman 3 up and running on Debian 11).
