If one inadvertently deleted a list owner account, how could one either create a new account and make them a list owner -or- make an existing account a list owner? Thanks!

Are you talking about deleting the account via the Django admin interface or via Postorius?

Yes, the answer depends on what you did and what tools you have available. For example, if you deleted the owner via the Delete button on the page at <https://example.com/mailman3/lists/list.example.com>/members/owner/>, you can add it back on the same page.
You need to tell us what you did.

Via Postorius. I added the user back using the same page. Thank you!
