You are looking at the subscriber-level configs. The ----- means that the list default settings are used.
It could also be User-level settings or Address-level, depending on the setting.
The "-----" convention causes confusion and there are a couple of related issues, but figuring out how to concisely but conspicuously show that the actual setting is inherited from a higher level of configuration is not easy.
