Your /etc/hosts file has an IPv6 address for localhost and Postfix isn't listening for IPv6 connects
Either set the localhost IP in /etc/hosts to IPv4 as
127.0.0.1 localhost
or set
inet_interfaces = all inet_protocols = all
in Postfix main.cf
