The message is queued at var/archives/hyperkitty/spool/. The files in
that directory are Python pickles. You can examine them with the
mailman qfile command and delete the spam ones. You will also find log
messages in var/logs/mailman.log with tracebacks, but presumably you
know that as one such is the Subject: of this message.
