You can skip the Rust components by setting
CRYPTOGRAPHY_DONT_BUILD_RUSTbut that would work just for this release and you won't be able to skip from the next release of cryptography.
I am going to need further assistance here. It is easy enought to install the rust compiler using rustup but I am still getting the same error:
