I think treating all disabled options the same is short-sighted. They are all not the same.
-- Some list members will disable their subscription for good reasons and will be really upset if a List Owner renables it through ignorance. So it is important to know a disable member is done by the member itself.
I'd even say: these are different flags.
So basically I'd consider it rather (as seperate boolean ones):
"disabled by member" (could be set by an admin as well of course)
"disabled for administrative reasons" (only by admin but user should be able to see it)
"bounced" (user and admin could reset it but not set it)
Or is this too complex for normal admins and users?
