For list welcome and goodbye messages to users, this is https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/issues/993, fixed by https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/merge_requests/1000 but since that was fixed in Mailman 3.3.6, this would be a separate issue.
Please be more specific than all types of system mails. Which specific
message subjects are not translated.
