You appear to be using a version of Mailman distributed before December 26, 2015, which we cannot support. It is not compatible with any Python more recent than Python 3.7 (end of life 27 June 2023). I recommend you upgrade to more recent versions of the Mailman suite, which are available on PyPI, or perhaps through your OS distribution.
