The messages themselves are in Mailman's var/messages directory. For a message with, e.g.,
Message-ID-Hash: YNLR4PVUVNFRKCCWSG7EHEKEVMUQMFTS
the message will be in
var/messages/YN/LR/YNLR4PVUVNFRKCCWSG7EHEKEVMUQMFTS
