[MM3-users] Open List

So,

I found a setting to allow me to create an Open List. I assume this is still doable in MM3 though I can't find the equivalent option.

2nd question is how do I create a new List Style. I'd like Open- Archived and Open-NonArchived to be options when creating a new list.
