[MM3-users] Subscription request cannot be moderated: 404 Not Found

For one of our mailinglists we also have a problem with accepting a subscription request. When Clicking "Accept", we get a 404 Not found error. See the attached screenshot. Is there a way to solve this? Best Regards,Eric
