[MM3-users] Re: UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in position 1: ordinal not in range(128)

Can anybody say anything about this error? Every second a new qcluster process is created ... Is it a mainly python problem or rather a mailman3 or django-site problem? We would be glad about any help.
