I appreciate your trying to help. I'm just an end user. I don't control when or how HUIT updates their services, and don't myself have access to mailman shell to do the manual version.

I'll send this thread link to IT and see if they can handle it.

Clearly it's not a priority, since I can just ignore the emails, but given that it's a new year, I figured I'd try and tackle it again.
