I'm trying to get mailman3 up on ubuntu using the debian package. I did the "apt install mailman3-full" and it does seem to have installed as both the mailman3 & mailman3-web processes are running. I can use "mailman create" in the command-line and "mailman lists" displays the lists I created.
What I am having issues with is I don't see any entries in/etc/aliases, and I don't know how to access the web interface (as either admin or user). Can someone point me to what I need to do to finish it?
Thanks, Marisa
Hi Maria,
You will probably have to follow this old documentation to finish it:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xIcSsoNFp2nHi7r4eQys00s9a0k2sHhu1V5PlantPTs/mobilebasic
However, the latest supported installation method for _any_ platform is at:
https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#virtualenv-install
It is a very straightforward method and the recommended one, supported by the developers.
