[MM3-users] Why are moderation mails sent to list moderator (if there are any) _and_ then also to the list owner?

Dear all, I am quity puzzled to receive a bunch of mails which are moderators works - I just set up one person as a list moderator - but I do receive the moderation request as well.

How can this be stopped?

I just tested the behaviour and I can't see any switch in the list settings (at the moment) to avoid sending moderations to the owner for such lists, where moderator(s) are defined.

A Bug?
