[MM3-users] Footer

Hi,

I have created a footer via the webUI "Templates" option, but it is not included in the mails distributed by the mailinglist. From information given in other threads, I checked the DB, and the entry for this footer is created in the template table. The uri for the footer is http://localhost:8000/postorius/api/templates/list/..., but there is no process listening on port 8000.

Do I need to install/configure something additionally to get a process listening on port 8000?
