[MM3-users] How to add new lists?

I have been able to get the web interface up and the default "mailman@" address is there and appears in the list of lists, but when I add a list from the command line with a command like "mailman create foo@ourlists.gameplayer.club" it does not return a error and using "mailman lists" lists it as existing. However there is no new entries in the /etc/aliases file and the new list doesn't appear in the web interface...

Any ideas?
