I assume that means that postfix uses localhost for regular mail, but mailman3 uses the 2.56.57.28 address.
Because you set
smtp_host: mail.libertyfp.org
in mailman.cfg. If you leave the default settings
smtp_host: localhost smtp_port: 25
you won't have this issue.
