Why are you setting this? Testing uses port 9024 to avoid conflicts, but the default port 8024 should be used for production.

It looks like you can connect to port 9024 in this way. However I
recommend removing lmtp_port: 9024
from your mailman.cfg and rerunning
mailman aliases
to regenerate the postfix maps.
