Actually, with current HyperKitty, only site admins can remove messages or threads or the archive. The ability for list owners to do it is <https://gitlab.com/mailman/hyperkitty/-/issues/261>. Thanks Mark. To clarify more, we have this ability for List owners with our own custom admin interface (Affinity). I thought Postorius had that. When I checked out Postorius, I was indeed logged in as server owner. Sorry for the incorrect info.
