Yes, it does come from allauth, specifically allauth/templates/account/email/email_confirmation_message.txt.
The Spanish allauth message catalog is at <https://github.com/pennersr/django-allauth/tree/master/allauth/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES>. I suppose you could submit a pull request to update it.
Or you could just update your local file in your installation.
I will do both: first translate locally. Test it, and then see if I can share it with the rest of the people (and then I will not have to worry to maintain it when next upgrades come)
