Ah! I mis-read your email. You need to add new domains in Postorius before you can create new lists using them.
You are looking for '/postorius/domains/', add a new domain there, and then it will show up in the 'mail hosts' in create-new-list form.

Yes, you can add new 'Web Hosts' from the Django's Admin console (admin/django_mailman3/maildomain/). Note that you need to be a superuser to do this.
