This sounds similar to my issue:

no access to Postorius web pages after upgrade - Mailman-users - lists.mailman3.org
lists.mailman3.org
favicon.ico

Mark Sapiro noted the absence of hyperkitty and postorius statements in my web server config. Adding those cleared the issue for me.
