[MM3-users] Tune Mail Delivery

Some ISPs require outgoing delivery to not exceed a certain threshold. With Mailman 2, we used the following:

SMTP_MAX_RCPTS SMTP_MAX_SESSIONS_PER_CONNECTION

Does Mailman 3 have an equivalent to the above 2 settings?
