Also i noticed, that if a member of the list tries to send an email to the same list, it will go to held messages and admin must approved. Our list setting is the following: Default action to take when a member posts to the list : Default processing Default action to take when a non-member posts to the list: Hold for moderation Could it be some kind indexing issue ? Because importing databases to the new host and enabled xapian-haystack , i rebuild indexes (mailman-web rebuild_index).

I also noticed, that after i approved that held message, it was archived, but not forwarded.
