I've built another Debian 12 virtual machine to try to solve previous problems with postfix and xapian. Everything appears fine in my verification, so far. Except for web interface.
I've tried mailman-web collectstatic --clear and mailman-web compress
On my previous Debian 12 virtual machine, it looked fine on the browser:
