Read-Mostly list?
I wish to have a list that anyone can read. A few designated people can post without moderation, and all other users are moderated.
Is this possible? I don't see a way in the list settings to create users who are not moderated when the default action is to moderate.

Once the user is added as a list member, the list owner or site admin can go to that members settings for the list (click on the user in the members list) and set the user's Moderation to Default Processing.
