HELP: mailman send empty mails
In one mailing list all posts are empty, just one sentence:
The content of this message was lost. It was probably cross-posted to multiple lists and previously handled on another list.
What can I do? I'm lost

Too many concurrent DB server connections seems to be the reason:
connection failed: FATAL: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections
A 2nd mailman instance was unintentionally activated and had stolen the connections slots.

Your analysis may be correct, but see https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/issues/955

This is a dummy message which is returned on an attempt to get a message from the messagestore that doesn't exist. The message should only be in the message store in the first place if it was held for moderation.
