Greetings,
I have a question concerning usage of mailman3 (not an installation issue).
Previously we used mailman2 & changed to mailman3 some months ago.
"We" being a sports club located in Northern Germany. I guess I'm the
"List Administrator" & "Moderator" - a colleague is the "Site Administrator".
We use a number of maillists - one for "all" members and further ones
e.g. for "instructors", "juniors" and so on.
With mailman 2 it was possible to add "Accept: @all" in the configuration
of the smaller maillists such as "instructors" thus enabling any club member to
mail to the "instructors" but mails amongst the "instructors" remained
just with themselves.
Up to now we cannot do this with mailman3 which means I have to
frequently approve mails (with the associated delay).
I'm told (but not "how to do it") that with the recent update to mailman3 which
our Site Administrator has installed it should be possible to do the
"Accept: @all" mechanism - or similar.
Could some kind soul please simply explain how I can achieve this?
Best Wishes
Howard
