I've looked at installing Mailman3 many times but have never succeeded - there simply too many instructions.

Is there a simple guide to get just web front end to Mailman3 where you can import an existing mailing list simply for viewing?

Which is the easiest system to install Mailman3 on? I have a Debian system and would be grateful for any pointers showing how to install it .

Elsewhere I came across a list of apps which needed to be installed on Debian but that didn't work because of missing packages.
